1. Where we ship
We ship to more than 190 countries and territories. Some remote areas and sanctioned destinations may be excluded; we will tell you before production if an address cannot be served.
2. Production time
Most items are produced within 1–4 business days of the order being received (1–2 business days for Pro plan orders). Embroidered and wall-art items may take up to 5 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays at the production location.
3. Delivery times
Estimated delivery times after production are listed on our Shipping page. Estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs and peak seasons.
4. Shipping costs
Shipping is charged per order according to the destination, product weight and the shipping method selected. Shipping rates are shown when orders are placed.
5. Tracking
Every order is shipped with tracking. Tracking numbers are synced to connected stores and emailed to the recipient where the store integration allows.
6. Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. Unless otherwise agreed, these are the responsibility of the recipient. Orders to the UK and EU are produced locally where possible to avoid customs charges.
7. Incorrect addresses
Please make sure delivery addresses are correct. Parcels returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at the cost of the order owner.
8. Lost or damaged parcels
If a parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will reprint and reship the order or issue a refund at no extra cost.
