1. About us
This website is operated by Madeform Studio LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17493454, with its registered office at 128, City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom ("Madeform Studio", "we", "us", "our"). You can contact us at contact@Madeformstudio.uk or +44 7472102060.
2. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all use of this website and to all subscriptions, one-time packages and print-on-demand services ("Services") supplied by Madeform Studio. By submitting an order request or using our Services, you agree to these terms.
3. Order requests and contract formation
- Submitting an order request through our website is an offer to purchase the selected Service. It does not create a binding contract.
- We will review your request and send you an invoice by email. A contract is formed when you pay the invoice and we confirm activation of your Service.
- We may decline any request at our discretion, for example where information is incomplete or the intended use breaches these terms.
4. Prices and payment
- All prices are shown in Euro (€). Where applicable, VAT or local taxes will be shown on your invoice.
- Subscription fees cover access to the Madeform Studio platform, integrations and the benefits of the chosen plan for the selected period (1, 3, 6 or 12 months).
- Product base costs and shipping for print-on-demand orders are charged separately per order at the rates communicated to you.
- Invoices are payable within 7 days. Services are activated once payment is received.
5. Subscriptions
Subscriptions run for the fixed period purchased and do not renew automatically. Before the end of each period we will send a renewal invoice. If it is not paid, your subscription ends at the end of the current period and your plan benefits stop.
6. One-time packages
Packages (such as Store Setup, Custom Design Pack, Brand Launch and Complete Store Launch) are delivered as described on our pricing page. Delivery timelines begin once we have received payment and all information and materials needed from you.
7. Your content
- You keep all rights to designs and content you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to use them solely to provide the Services, including printing, mockups and fulfilment.
- You confirm you own or have permission to use all content you submit and that it does not infringe third-party rights (including trademarks and copyright) or contain unlawful, hateful or offensive material.
- We may refuse to print any content that we reasonably believe breaches this section.
8. Designs created by us
On full payment, you receive full commercial rights to original designs created for you as part of a design service or package. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
9. Production, quality and shipping
Production and delivery times are estimates. We inspect every item before shipping. If an item is misprinted, defective or damaged in transit, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and we will reprint or refund it. See our Shipping Policy for details.
10. Cancellations and refunds
Your cancellation and refund rights are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to this, our total liability under any contract is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Service in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as loss of profits, revenue or business opportunity.
12. Third-party platforms
Integrations with third-party platforms (such as Shopify or Etsy) are subject to those platforms' own terms. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes or fees imposed by third-party platforms.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
